Card visuals — colour, texture, shape and composition — are produced by an image model. Short films are produced by a video model, from a finished card visual.

Numbers, labels and any other text on a finished card are not generated. They are drawn by your browser, from exactly the characters you typed, and you can edit every one of them.

Before a prompt is sent to an image model, every digit, every spelled-out quantity, every quoted phrase and every instruction about type is removed from it. You can read the outgoing prompt, and the list of what was stripped out of it, on the screen where you choose a look.

Before anything can be exported, you pass a proofing screen that sets what you typed beside what appears on the card, character by character. If they do not match, export stays locked.

Yearcard does not provide financial analysis. It does not evaluate performance. It does not tell you whether a figure is good, bad, healthy, strong, weak, ahead or behind.

It contains no industry benchmark data, no sector averages and no comparison data of any kind. It has no source for such data, and inventing one would mislead you.

It will never compare your figures to another business, to an average, or to a previous period in an evaluative way. If you type that something went up, it will show that you typed it. It will not add an opinion.

Nothing this service produces is financial advice, accounting advice, tax advice, investment advice or a business recommendation. It is not a substitute for an accountant, a bookkeeper or any other professional.

Generated visuals vary between runs and are not guaranteed to match a description exactly. Sometimes a look lands first time; sometimes it takes several attempts.

Generated output may not be unique. Another person giving a similar direction may receive something similar.

The correctness of the figures themselves is yours. We can prove that what is on the card is what you typed. We cannot know whether what you typed is right.

Check every figure on the proofing screen before you export, and check it again before you publish it anywhere it will be relied on.

Do not use anything produced here as a financial statement, a management account, a set of accounts, a tax return, an audit output or any part of a regulatory filing.

Do not use it to support an application for credit, investment or insurance, or to represent your position to a lender, an investor, a buyer or a public authority.

Do not use it to make or support decisions about medical care, legal rights, employment, credit, housing, immigration, insurance underwriting, or public safety.

Do not present a generated visual as a photograph of a real place, event, product or person.

Image and video models reflect patterns in their training data, and can produce results that are stereotyped, culturally skewed or simply strange. We constrain prompts towards abstract, non-figurative artwork, which reduces this considerably, but it does not remove it.

This service does not generate portraits of real people and is not intended to depict identifiable individuals.

If you receive output that is offensive, biased or inappropriate, report it and we will look at it. Restoring the credits it consumed is automatic in those cases.

Every card and every film should be looked at by you before it goes anywhere. The service is built to make that easy — a proofing screen you cannot skip, a loop preview for films, and full editing of every character.

The moment you export something, it stops being a draft and becomes a statement about your business made by you.
