You keep all rights in the figures and words you type, and in any files you upload.

As between you and us, you own the card visuals and films produced for you through your account, and you may use them commercially — post them, print them, put them on your site, send them to customers — without paying us anything further and without crediting us.

We claim no ownership of your output and we will not use it as a portfolio piece, a case study or an example anywhere without asking you first.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, transmit, reformat and process your material solely to operate the service for you, to keep backups, to provide support when you ask for it, and to comply with the law.

That licence exists so that a file you upload can be stored and shown back to you, and so that a prompt can be sent to a model. It does not extend beyond that.

The licence ends when the material is deleted, subject to the retention periods below and to backups being cycled out.

Working copies of your material — uploads, generated visuals, films and drafts — are kept for up to 30 days after you last open the project, so you can come back and finish it.

After 30 days they are deleted from live systems, and from backups within a further 30 days.

You can delete a project immediately from inside it, and you can delete your account and everything attached to it from your account settings. Neither requires you to contact us.

You confirm that you own or are licensed to use everything you upload, and that uploading it does not breach anyone's copyright, trade mark, design right, database right or confidentiality.

You confirm that where an upload shows an identifiable person, you have that person's permission for it to be used this way.

You confirm that your material does not contain a third party's trade mark or logo that you have no right to use.

You indemnify us against claims arising from material you uploaded in breach of these confirmations.

Your material is not used to train, fine-tune, benchmark or evaluate any machine learning model, ours or a third party's. Our model providers are contractually prohibited from doing so with anything we send them.

We do look at aggregate, anonymous signals — how often a step is repeated, how often a generation fails, which shapes are exported most — to find what is not working. Those signals contain no personal data and no part of your material.

We may remove material that breaches these terms, our acceptable use policy, or the law, and we will tell you when we do.

If you believe material produced or hosted here infringes your rights, email support@anabookkeepingshetland.com with a description of the work, where it appears, your contact details, and a statement that you believe the use is unauthorised. We act on properly made reports promptly.

If your material is removed and you think we got it wrong, reply and tell us why. A different person will review it.
